What “Getting Started” Looks Like
Here’s how your first steps with us will unfold:
Reach out – Give us a call or send an email (ohana.fitness5@gmail.com) and we’ll schedule your first visit or online consultation.
Choose your path – Are you ready for group classes? Personal training? Remote coaching? Nutrition support? Pick what fits your schedule and goals.
Get oriented – Whether in-studio or online, we’ll walk you through the space or platform, show you how things work, introduce you to the community, and answer any questions you have.
Start your schedule – Make your first booking, show up with enthusiasm (and your water bottle!), and begin the transformation.
Stay connected – We’ll support you every step of the way—through coaching, accountability, community check-ins, progress tracking, and adjusting your plan as you go.
What to Bring & How to Prepare
Comfortable workout gear: Choose clothes you can move in—t-shirt or tank, shorts or leggings, and gym shoes.
Hydration & energy: Bring a water bottle and some light snack if you want.
Openness to learn: You don’t need to know everything. Our coaches will teach you proper form, modifications, and how to progress safely.
Mindset of consistency: One session doesn’t define your journey. The real power comes from showing up and putting in the work—brick by brick, rep by rep.
